Description: All Scotgrip® HD safety products incorporate the unique Scotgrip® high traction anti-slip safety surface which gives a sound foot-holding in the most extreme conditions. This surface is manufactured in three different grades: ‘High Profile, Low Profile & Fine Profile.’

These tough and durable products are manufactured under BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality controlled conditions comprising of a reinforced composite base and a graded aggregate surface.

Suitable surfaces for application include:

Grades:
High profile (super coarse) – 6mm aggregate (1/4” approx.)
Low profile (extra coarse) – 3mm aggregate (1/8” approx.)
Fine profile (coarse) – 1mm aggregate (1/16” approx.)

Standard Colours: Safety Yellow, Black/Yellow, Black, Green, Grey, Blue, Red, White, Flourescent & Photo-luminescent finishes. Other colours are available – please ask.

Applications: External/Internal

Sizes: We have an extensive range of standard sizes and regularly manufacture custom sizes.

Friction Testing: Tests carried out by Cranfield Aerospace. A value of 0.7 and above is classed as good and indicates the highest category for friction testing.

High Profile – 0.81*
Low Profile – 0.86*
Fine Profile – 0.96*
*All wet grip tester readings

Fire Ratings: Tested to B.S 476 – tests carried out by Warrington Fire Research SGS Yarsley.

Spark Testing: If Scotgrip® surfaces are struck with a metal object it does not produce enough energy to ignite a gas/air mixture. Tests carried out by Warrington Fire Research SGS Yarsley.

Quality: All Scotgrip® anti-slip safety products are manufactured under BS EN ISO 9000:2015 Quality controlled conditions using highly compatible raw materials at our premises in Banchory, Scotland.

Load Bearing: Scotgrip® anti-slip safety products are non load bearing and must have a suitable underlying structure to be secured to.

Product Improvement: Scotgrip (UK) Limited may make changes to the design and manufacturing processes of Scotgrip® antislip safety products as part of a continuous programme of improvement and innovation.

    • Rigmate® heavy duty anti-slip polyurethane matting for rig floor.
    • Pipemate® heavy duty anti-slip polyurethane matting for set back areas.
    • Walkmate® heavy duty anti-slip polyurethane matting for walkways/decks.
    • Deckmate® heavy duty polyurethane dunnage mats for deck protection.
    • Deckmate® heavy duty anti-slip polyurethane cargo landing mats for deck protection.
