Step Change in Safety is a not-for-profit organisation established by the UK oil and gas industry, for the industry.

Their aim is to make the UK the safest oil and gas province in the world in which to work and to share our expertise with colleagues around the world. Workforce safety is something that involves everyone and must always come before everything else. It requires the collaboration of individuals from across a business and between multiple organisations. They bring together the different stakeholders in the oil and gas industry to drive change, improve safety and protect workers.
